Your tasks:

  • Ensuring top-quality talent acquisition and recruitment services
  • Managing and organizing day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and selecting candidates
  • Providing support for administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with on-site teams

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial education or a degree, e.g.: Business informatics, Human ressources or a related field
  • You gained at least two years of HR experience as an HR Generalist or Manager
  • You speak Polish, English and German fluently, but is not a deal-breaker
  • You have an open and communicative personality 
  • Self-reliant, organized, and customer-oriented work style
  • You are experienced in working with HR softwares, like Softgarden
